Anthem

Anthem is a community of 4,755 acres sitting high atop the Black Mountain range in Henderson.  Its location affords it some of the most breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Valley.  Anthem has 5 different neighborhoods:

 Anthem Coventry: With approximately 1200 homes, sizes range from 1500 to just over 4400 square feet.  Anthem Park winds through the neighborhood.

Anthem Sun City:  A Del Webb retirement community with approximately 10,000 homes.  It features a clubhouse with a state of the art fitness center, crafts room, wellness center, computer room, card rooms, billiards room, wood shop, bocce ball courts, tennis and pool and gourmet dining.  Residents are eligible for discounts on the two Sun City Golf courses.

Anthem Country Club:  A guard gated, private golf neighborhood with a Hal Irwin designed course, quality tennis courts, pool, state of the art fitness center and gourmet dining. 

Anthem Highlands:  A residential neighborhood of approximately 1400 homes.  Homes range in size from 1500 to just over 3400 square feet.
